Life can feel overwhelming, and at times it’s hard to know what the next step should be. You may feel stuck, weighed down by stress or anxiety, or unsure how to move forward. At Carriage Lane, we offer a supportive, compassionate space where your story is heard and truly matters.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths, and create a path toward the growth, healing, and clarity you deserve.

Parent Guidance and Support

We at Carriage Lane love working with parents. We provide a compassionate environment to aid your family in building stronger communication, understanding and deepening bonds that are already present. We can help to navigate differences, resolve disagreements and create opportunities to have healthier interactions.

Carriage Lane therapist are attachment based, using Solution-Focused Family Therapy, Family Systems and positive parenting approaches in their practices.

Adolescent Therapy

At Carriage Lane, our therapists work with teens who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, sexual abuse, addiction, and challenges related to autism. We also help with school stress, bullying, family conflict, relationship struggles, grief and loss, social challenges, health concerns, and the pressures that can come with competitive sports.
Being a teen can feel overwhelming at times. You might feel anxious or stressed about school or sports, sad or lost, frustrated with your emotions, or like you’re constantly getting into trouble at home or school. Maybe you’ve been through something really hard, like a loss or a traumatic experience, or you’re struggling with self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, friendships, or patterns that don’t feel good but are hard to break.
Teen therapy is a space just for you — a place to talk openly, feel understood, and learn tools that
actually help. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills, understanding your emotions, recognizing your strengths, and finding healthier ways to handle life’s challenges. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. With the right support, it’s possible to feel more confident, resilient, and hopeful about your life.
